  • Proof of the identity of the parties or their legally authorized representatives

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application, complete the required information, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Obtain a vehicle possession cancellation certificate
