Issue a Vehicle Driving License

This service enables individuals to request the issuance of a driving license according to the required category, authorizing them to drive on roads after meeting the approved requirements.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Receive an SMS containing the payment receipt
  • 5 Receive the driving license card through the delivery company

  • Fees for Issuing a One-Year Vehicle Driving License for Applicants Under 21 Years of Age - AED 100

  • Driving License Issuance Fee for Applicants Aged 21 and Above - AED 300

  • Delivery Company Fee (Emirates Post) - AED 15
