This service enables drivers to request the issuance of a replacement driving license for a lost or damaged license in accordance with the approved procedures.

  • A valid Emirates ID card

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels.= (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application, complete the required information, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Receive the driving license electronically or through the delivery service (Emirates Post)

Service fees

  • One-Year Driving License Replacement Fee (Lost or Damaged) - AED 100

  • Driving License Replacement Fee (Lost or Damaged) for a Validity Period Exceeding One Year - AED 300

  • Delivery company fee(Emirates Post) - AED 15
