Modify a Test Appointment (Exceptional Appointment)

This service enables trainees to request an exceptional change to their driving test appointment when suitable appointments are unavailable, allowing them to bring the test date forward based on availability.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • A valid Emirates ID card

Process

  • 1 Visit the Customer Happiness Centre in person
  • 2 Submit the application, complete the required information, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Receive an SMS containing the application number and the new test appointment date

Service fees

  • The service fee for changing a test appointment (special appointment) - AED 500
