This service enables driving instructors to request the issuance of a replacement vehicle driving instruction permit for a lost or damaged permit, in accordance with the approved procedures.

  • 1 Personal attendance of the driving school representative at the Customer Happiness Centre
  • 2 Submit the application, complete the required information, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Receive a replacement vehicle driving instructor permit for a lost or damaged permit
