Issuance of Customs Declarations

This service enables individuals and businesses to issue customs declarations for various procedures related to the movement of goods, including import, export, temporary admission, transit, warehousing in customs warehouses and free zones, transfers between entities and zones, as well as statistical declarations and marine provisioning through the customs ports of the Emirate of Ajman, in accordance with the approved customs regulations and procedures.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Delivery order.

  • Commercial invoice.

  • Packing list.

  • Bill of lading.

  • Certificate of origin.

  • Approval from the relevant regulatory authority, if required.

  • Additional documents may be required depending on the type of goods.

Process

  • 1 Submit the application and attach the required documents through the available service channels.
  • 2 Pay the applicable fees.
  • 3 Receive the customs declaration

Service fees

  • Free zone entry or exit declaration fee - AED 20

  • Loaded vessel manifest fee - AED 20

  • Empty vessel manifest fee - AED 25

  • Postal import and ship provisioning declaration fee - AED 30

  • Inbound, outbound and transit statistical declaration fee - AED 50

  • Import, transfer, warehousing, transshipment and temporary admission declaration fee - AED 70

  • Export, re-export and temporary export declaration fee - AED 100

  • Exempt import declaration issuance fee - AED 80

  • Exemption fee for exempt imports - AED 100
