Change Company Financial Year

This service enables establishments registered with the Ajman Free Zones Authority to amend the establishment's approved financial year in the Free Zone's records, in accordance with the approved institutional and regulatory requirements.

  • Signed Amendment to Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association

  • Board Resolution Signed by All Shareholders

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the prescribed fees.
  • 4 Receive the updated Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association, as applicable, and the updated detailed commercial register.
