Sale Registration Of A Real Estate/ Real Estate Unit

This service allows applying to register the sale process between the two contracting parties, (the seller and the buyer, or their legal representatives), In this process, the ownership of the land, property, or a real estate unit is transferred from the Seller to the Buyer.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.

  • Clearance certificate/ NOC from the developer (for real estate units)

  • An initial sale contract from the real estate office (if any).

  • Valid UAE ID of the seller and the buyer and their legal representative, or a valid passport for non-resident foreigners

  • Business

  • The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • Clearance certificate/ NOC from the developer (for real estate units)

  • An initial sale contract from the real estate office (if any).

  • Valid UAE ID of the company’s owners, or a valid passport for non-resident foreigners.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 The concerned parties attend the department to sign the contract.
  • 4 Fees Payment
  • 5 Receiving the title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from the Department. Downloading the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • Real Estate Sale: For citizens and citizens of the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council: 2% or AED2,500 as a minimum, and for non-citizens 3% or AED3,000 as a minimum, with the ownership fees to be borne by the buyer.

  • Real Estate Sale: AED5,000 as a no objection to dispose of common property lands.

  • Real Estate Sale: AED3,000 for registering a real estate for the governmental and semi-governmental housing programs.

  • Real Estate Sale: For citizens: 2% of the value of the real estate or AED2,500 as a minimum for registering a real estate by virtue of a judicial verdict, and for non-citizens 3% of the value of the real estate or AED3,000 as a minimum for registering a real estate by virtue of a judicial verdict, with the ownership fees to be borne by the buyer.

  • Real Estate Unit Sale: 2% of the value of the real estate unit to be borne by the buyer

  • Real Estate Unit Sale: 2% of the value of the real estate with a minimum of AED2,500 for registering a real estate by virtue of a judicial verdict.

  • Real Estate Unit Sale: AED1,500 for registering a real estate unit for the governmental and semi-governmental housing programs.

  • 200 AED to the agency for relatives of the first and second class in the case of selling, 1,000 AED in the case of selling to the same agent and 2% of the value of the property in the case of selling to the agency to others or 3% in the case of repeat agency and borne by the seller

  • 2,000 AED registration of the real estate sold through the public auction organized by the office

  • 1,500 AED Register the property sold through an auction organized by the Department

  • 350 AED fees for the issuance of a certificate or title deed

  • Ownership fees for non-citizens when buying the land calculated on the area of ​​land and type of use with a minimum of 10,000AED
