This service allows applying for mortgage amendment (increase mortgage amount/ increase mortgage period any other modification on mortgage) for a property in favor of the financing entity in order to guarantee the rights entailed on the property.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • Approval letter from the mortgage authorities.

  • Approval letter from the mortgage authorities.

    • Government Entities

  • The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • Approval letter from the mortgage authorities.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • 4 Payment of fees
  • 5 Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • 0.5% of the value of the increase with a minimum of AED1,000.00

  • AED500.00 fees for amendment of mortgage duration.

  • AED500.00 amendment of the particulars of the mortgage (other than the value and the duration)

  • AED350.00 issuance of title deed and ownership certificate.
